The boot is the mandatory minimum stake each player puts into the pot before cards are dealt. In Battle format, the boot sets the base value that all competing hands play against each round.

Playing blind means you bet without looking at your cards. In Battle tables, a blind player's stake is usually capped at twice the current bet, keeping the competition balanced across hands.

A sideshow lets you privately compare your cards with the player who bet before you. The weaker hand folds. In Battle format, sideshows apply only where the table rules explicitly allow them.

Trail is three cards of the same rank — the strongest hand in Teen Patti Battle. Three aces rank highest among all trails. It beats every other hand combination on the table.

A seen player has looked at their cards. Once you go seen, your bet amount doubles relative to a blind player's bet, and you can no longer request a sideshow — you must call or fold.

Pot limit caps the maximum any single bet can reach, usually equal to the total amount already in the pot. Our high-cap Battle tables publish their specific pot limit in the table info panel.
